What's your MOQ?
100 pieces per style, per color. For custom fabric, MOQ is 500m of fabric (typically 200–300 garments).
How long does sampling take?
7–10 working days for standard fits. Up to 21 days for custom fabric. Sample fee refundable on bulk.
What's your bulk lead time?
30–45 days from approved sample. 98% on-time delivery rate across 2,400+ orders in 2024.
Payment terms?
30% deposit + 70% before shipment. T/T or L/C. PayPal for samples only. Net 30 for repeat customers after 3 orders.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes — before any design exchange. Your patterns and tech packs stay on our internal server only.
